About David
For as long as artist David Prochniak can remember his head has been full of ideas of things to sketch or create. He loves to use re-purposed materials for painting, creating and making his whimsical art. He says, "To me art is kind of like music, each medium is like a different instrument used to create your song."
David volunteered in his son’s art class when his son was young. David found the art classes to be very inspiring. David discovered that his son and his classmates had endless energy to create art without over-thinking. That energy continues to inspire David who always smiles when he remembers their young, wide-eyed enthusiasm, wildly creative ideas and lack of fear in creation of art.
David says, “In life, there are right and wrong answers, but in art, you just create what you envision and bring that idea to life.”
